Please note that non-faulty goods must arrive with us in the same condition as sold for a refund to be issued.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it provided it has not been personalised.

Before you return of a product, please contact us by email sales@aardvarkprint.co.uk 

Returns Process:

  • 1. Email using the contact us page or on the email address above to receive a Returns Authorisation Code.
  • 2. Let us know why you are returning the item so we can process your return correctly.
  • 3. Put your item into suitable packaging so it does not get damaged and post to the returns address we send you.

Please note: If you return an item without contacting us this could delay your refund.

Returns Policy

For Non-Faulty Goods

If you have changed your mind you can return your item but you must return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days starting from the day after the delivery has been received.

All you pay for is the postage cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt, as this insures the package in case it goes missing. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.

Exceptions

We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following non-faulty products:

  • The products(s) has/have been personalised, made to order or customised in any way.
  • The non-faulty product does not arrive at Aardvark Print in the same condition when sold. In this case we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will contact you to arrange to send the product back to you and you will need to pay the delivery cost for us to do this.

For Faulty Goods

If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days in which to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be reported to Aardvark Print before 3.00pm the next working day following delivery, and also by email within 3 days. We will then let you know how to return your item.

When returning faulty items we will ask you to return goods yourself. On receipt Aardvark Print will reimburse the costs incurred. We normally ask that goods are sent back via Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery) but this may be different for bulky items. Please obtain a proof of postage costs so we can reimburse you the full amount.

Please note, since the sizes are measured by hand, the size of the actual item you receive could be slightly different from the size given in the description. Also, please be reminded that due to lighting effects, monitor brightness / contrast settings etc, there could be a slight difference in the colour shown in the picture and the actual item.
